Sewer Line repairs
A sewer line maintenance project is scheduled for fall 2024 and fall 2026. This essential work will help prevent future issues and ensure the longevity of our building’s infrastructure. Please expect some disruptions, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this important maintenance.

Regular assessments, trimming, and necessary treatments are conducted to ensure safety, promote growth, and protect the landscape for residents' enjoyment.
PasT Projects
Deck Rails and Balcony
Between the fall of 2019 and the summer of 2022, contractors assessed the condition of decks and repaired all that required maintenance. The decks were also repainted.
Parking Outlets
Maintenance of parking outlets were completed in 2023. Previously, a 20' above-ground car rail was installed in spring 2020 to service 4 stalls that were no longer working.
Siding Repair
As part of our regular maintenance, several units had damaged siding repaired in fall 2020. Painting of all siding was completed in 2022.
Concrete Sidewalks and Steps
Many steps and walkways were replaced. As well, approximately 490 feet of concrete sidewalks were replaced between 2020 and 2025.
Eavestrough repairs
Regular cleaning and repairs are completed yearly.
